Israel Issues June 24 Deadline to Hezbollah or War Begins in Lebanon (This coming Monday)

6/21/24 By Tim Buck

The Middle East

Aside from the day-to-day attacks from Hezbollah and the Israeli airstrikes in response, Northern Israel’s hospitals are preparing for the looming war with Hezbollah. The IDF continues to intercept explosive projectiles on a daily basis. The War is coming very soon so please continue to pray! In the meantime, Israeli officials have voiced that part of the reason they’ve delayed entering a war is to build up the munitions supply – offensive and defensive. Hezbollah is likely to be sorry by the time this war is done. Hezbollah and Lebanon are bracing for impact. In fact, Lebanese sources reported that Biden’s representative, Amos Hochstein delivered an Israeli message to the Lebanese government according to which: If Hezbollah does not retreat north beyond the Litani River by 6/24, Israel will start a war in Lebanon.

In his speech just a couple of days ago, Hezbollah Leader Hassan Nasrallah communicated that: 1) The party that should be in fear now is Israel. 2) Hezbollah will continue its operations in support of Gaza and is prepared for all scenarios. 3) Hezbollah has a significant amount of information. Their drone footage published this week is just a small part of many hours filmed in Haifa. 4) Hezbollah knows that Israelis are conducting drills in Cyprus and its airports, which they plan to use if their own airports or facilities are struck. 5) Hezbollah warned Cyprus against opening its facilities to Israel. If it does, Hezbollah will consider it part of the war. 6) All the Hezbollah weapons meant for Lebanon have already arrived. 7) These weapons will be revealed when necessary, and we have new weapons to introduce. 8) Hezbollah produces some of the rockets they need. 9) Hezbollah has a large number of drones because they manufacture them. 10) Hezbollah has a comprehensive and accurate target bank inside Israel and the capability to reach these targets. 11) They threatened that Israel must be prepared on land, air, and sea, and we will fight without constraints or limitations. 12) The Israeli enemy knows that what awaits it in the Mediterranean Sea is substantial. 13) This threat may also include the US.

However, the Cyprian ambassador to Israel responded to this threat by stating that the country’s relationship with Israel is strong and that Nasrallah should really just bite his tongue. Moreover, the Cyprian foreign minister assured the terrorist group leader that Lebanon will pay a heavy price in response to any retaliation on Cyprian soil. The foreign minister even revealed that, if necessary, their fighter jets will accompany Israel in its attacks targeting Hezbollah. It’s nice to have a friend as a neighbor.

While the IDF is making so much headway in Gaza, Israel has encountered its moments of sadness. On Saturday, Hamas fired an anti-tank missile at an IDF military vehicle, killing eight soldiers inside. Three more IDF soldiers died in separate events in Gaza just hours later.

Sadly, on a day when Israel was brokenheartedly burying 11 of their sons who fell in the Gaza Strip defending the people and the land, the IDF announced that they would grant 11 hours of humanitarian ceasefire in the Rafah area to bring in hundreds of aid trucks for Hamas and its supporters. Sadly, it’s America who’s putting the pressure on Israel as they keep interfering and trying to micro-manage Israel’s war.
The eyes of Israel’s cabinet are on the northern border right now and they can’t afford any more halts or delays in US-made armament shipments. If that’s not enough, the Hamas cowards continue to use civilians as human shields wherever the IDF troops are operating in Gaza.

The IDF is expected to have full control of Rafah in the next couple of weeks.

The International Community

Haven’t heard of the Taliban in a while? Don’t worry – They’ve voiced to Iran recently that they’re prepared to send thousands of fighters to go to war against Israel should Iran be interested. Iran is ready to flood Southern Lebanon and Southern Syria with waves of human fighters from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, and Yemen in any upcoming war on Israel’s northern front – and America knows it. Israel intercepted a suspicious projectile from the east just days ago. Guess what – It was a cruise missile launched by Iran’s Shiite militias in Iraq.

The United States

Don’t underestimate the spiritual importance of this years election! Strong demonic powers are active right now to try and bring our country down. The wars in the Middle East and Ukraine, and the failed immigration policies in America, Canada, Western Europe, and Australia all contribute to this picture. State-level cyberattacks and brainwashing tactics are being deployed by Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea.

As born-again believers, our hope is in Jesus and our citizenship is in heaven. Things may be deteriorating around us but, “God’s sovereignty is my sanity!”

2 Corinthians 4:16-18
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”

The Ministry

Understanding the Old Testament is the key to making sense of the New Testament. What Daniel foretells; Revelation fulfills.

I believe you’ll find our upcoming class on the King of the North from Daniel 11 extremely helpful in understand God’s plans for the last days and I pray that it will enlighten many concerning the truth about the rise and reign of Antichrist.

Please take some time to read Daniel 11:36-45 with a good study Bible. This will help you to get the most out of our upcoming class on August 6.

You Are a Watchman

You can either take part in the evil world agenda or do your part to stand up against it. The fact that a person has a suicidal mindset doesn’t mean we need to assist him in carrying it out. The same is true with our fallen world. We have a responsibility!

We need to bring the light of the gospel and the hope of salvation to people! We need to live lives that reflect our faith. We need to make smart choices based on our strong convictions regarding family, sexual identity, the sanctity of life, and supporting Israel. If we say that as believers, we can’t or shouldn’t be involved in politics, it’s equal to running away from responsibility. This is especially true if that decision causes us not to vote! Remember: We are all watchmen! We’re aware of things on a spiritual level that the lost can’t discern.

The Lord said the following about the role of the watchman:

Ezekiel 33:3-6

“When he sees the sword coming upon the land, if he blows the trumpet and warns the people, then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, if the sword comes and takes him away, his blood shall be on his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, but did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But he who takes warning will save his life. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.”

Gantz Resigns Under US Pressure

How Biden Is Using Gantz As His Trojan Horse To Impose US Demands and Insure Israel’s Defeat in Gaza

6/12/24 By Tim Buck

Israel’s War Cabinet member Benny Gantz resigned under pressure from Biden and Blinken and took his eight-member faction out of the Netanyahu government this past weekend. With his departure, the war cabinet formed last October after he joined forces with Netanyahu will be dissolved.

What precipitated Gantz’s departure? How will his decision affect the trajectory of the war?

Two forces are responsible for Gantz’s move: the Biden administration and the far-left, anti-government political campaigners in Israel popularly known as the Kaplan force. Gantz joined the government in response to U.S. pressure and a call from the far left to undermine the government from within. He is leaving due to pressure from both.

As Politico reported on Thursday, Biden’s main focus these days is political to end the war as quickly as possible. To achieve this goal, he is applying pressure on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to capitulate to Hamas’s demands for a permanent ceasefire.

“The president and his aides are working to make sure Netanyahu is feeling the squeeze from all sides,” the magazine reported.

The report explained that Biden and his team are working not only with international actors but with “Israeli citizens and Netanyahu’s political allies and foes alike.”

The main Israeli citizens in question are the deep-pocketed far-left political campaigners that have been carrying out protests, riots and other direct-action campaigns since 2019 to oust Netanyahu and the political religious right from power. Since Netanyahu returned in December 2022, U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken and other senior officials have regularly met with leaders of the Kaplan force in Israel and in Washington.

Although Gantz’s departure is significant, it isn’t a surprise. When he announced his agreement to serve in a national emergency government days after Hamas’s Oct. 7 invasion and slaughter, most Israelis were relieved. At a moment of national peril, Israelis believed it was imperative to abandon the domestic rancor that had characterized life in Israel during the Kaplan force’s 10-month insurrection that preceded Hamas’s invasion.

Unity Government During War

Over its history, Israel has formed a “unity government” during war time.

Netanyahu didn’t need Gantz to form a government. His coalition has a healthy majority of 64 seats. Although a show of unity is what the public yearned for, it was clear from the outset that Gantz’s participation in the government wouldn’t yield a national consensus.

Opposition leader Yair Lapid refused to join the government because he said that he wouldn’t sit in a government with the Religious Zionism Party or the Jewish Strength Party led by Finance Minister Betzalel Smotrich and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, respectively. Gantz demanded the establishment of the war cabinet and insisted that Smotrich and Ben-Gvir be barred from participating in its deliberations.

In short, Gantz and the left agreed to share power with Netanyahu but refused to accept the legitimacy of his coalition or voters.

Misunderstood the Political Situation in Israel

Netanyahu brought Gantz into his government after Oct. 7 because he hoped that Gantz’s presence in the war cabinet would diminish U.S. pressure for Israel to end the war without defeating Hamas and without successfully diminishing the strategic threat to the north from Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon.

In the event, Gantz did not deliver the goods. Netanyahu’s government was demonized by the United States, the United Nations, Europe, and the Western and Israeli media as the “most extreme government in Israeli history,” before Gantz joined the government, and it was demonized as the “most extreme government in Israeli history,” by the same forces after Gantz joined the government.

Even worse, pressure has risen to unprecedented heights with Gantz in the government. As Politico reported, in recent months, Biden and his team have been mobilizing all relevant international actors to trap Netanyahu with a “vice grip” that will leave him no option other than to bow to their goal of ending the war without Israeli victory.

To this end, the US administration has directly and indirectly greenlighted an international campaign of delegitimization and demonization of Israel from the United Nations to the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court which is unprecedented. The goal of these actions is self-evident: to make Netanyahu and his government end their quest for victory over Hamas and stand down in the face of insufferable Hezbollah assaults on northern Israel.

If that weren’t enough, in keeping with the joint expectations of the Biden administration and the Kaplan force, Gantz has used his presence in the war cabinet not to give a boost to Israel’s war effort but to serve as a drag on that effort. Ceaseless leaks of war cabinet proceedings to the media by Gantz and his partner Gadi Eizenkot have undermined the war effort by demoralizing the public and casting doubt on Israel’s capacity to win. Moreover, Gantz and Eizenkot have effectively served as U.S. proxies in the war cabinet, repeatedly blocking or delaying major planned offensives in keeping with U.S. wishes.

Since Gantz’s presence in the government brought neither national unity nor political stability—or even any international support—his absence is not expected to cause major shocks to Israel’s political stability or international standing. It is also unlikely to achieve the Biden administration’s goal of overthrowing the government or forcing Netanyahu to bow to Biden’s pressure campaign to end the war.

So why is the administration acting as it does? Apparently, it has misunderstood the political situation in Israel. Since the Netanyahu government entered office, the administration has refused to meet with the “extreme members” of his coalition Ben-Gvir and Smotrich. They have refused to speak with Netanyahu voters, opting instead to sanction them and demonize them. While boycotting the majority of Israelis and demonizing their elected representatives, the Biden administration has operated in an echo chamber that hears only the Israeli left, which comprises somewhere between 20% to 30% of Israelis.

The left’s dismal standing is borne out by consistent polling of Israelis since Oct. 7. Those polls have found that 70% of Israelis support Netanyahu’s goal of total victory. A poll this week by the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs reflected the results of successive polls about support for the so-called “two-state solution,” which requires the establishment of a Palestinian state. Some 69% of Israelis oppose Palestinian statehood—79% of Israeli Jews oppose it.

Blinken has just arrived in Israel and is scheduled to meet with Netanyahu. If experience is a guide, he can be expected to meet with Gantz, Lapid and other left-wing politicians. He will probably also meet again with leaders of the Kaplan force, which is set to stage mass protests in Jerusalem and besiege the Knesset to pressure lawmakers to bring down the government beginning in the middle of the week.

Blinken will be beset by a reality he hadn’t anticipated. Far from destabilizing Israel or increasing pressure on Netanyahu, the secretary of state will find a stable coalition no longer constrained by Gantz’s veto on military action. The political leverage that Blinken and Biden held against Netanyahu will be gone.

Given the political realities on the ground and the actual role Gantz played in the government since joining in October, it is clear that the implications of his departure are twofold. First, the government will be more stable without him than it was with him. And second, without Gantz’s veto, Netanyahu and his ministers will be free to pursue a course to victory in the war.

Biden’s Plan To Save Hamas

White House pushes Gaza deal identical to Hamas’ own proposals

6/11/24 By Tim Buck

After families across Israel had lit their Sabbath candles, returned home from synagogue services and begun their festive meals, President Biden looked at his watch in D.C.

“Just checking, it’s afternoon in Jerusalem,” he said. And then got started on his speech to save Hamas.

There was nothing accidental about the timing of the speech on Friday afternoon at a time when much of America’s political establishment was heading out for the weekend while Israeli Jews were celebrating the Sabbath and many of them were not even using electronic devices.

After celebrating former President Trump’s conviction, Biden announced a new deal under which Hamas would rule Gaza, get billions in U.S. aid and dozens of its terrorists would be released from prison in exchange for every hostage. Or every hostage’s dead body.

Under the terms of Biden’s proposal, Hamas wins and Israel gets back survivors and corpses.

Finally, American taxpayers will be on the hook for an “extensive three- to five-year reconstruction program for Gaza that’s fully backed by the US” that will cost endless billions.

The deal that Biden laid out gives Hamas everything it wanted including staying in power, ending Israeli attempts to eliminate the terror group and all the money it could possibly need. All this rather than an Israeli proposal which is almost the exact same ’ceasefire’ deal that Hamas, Qatar and Egypt had assembled and that Hamas then made a show of accepting a few weeks ago.

All Biden did was brush off the Hamas proposal and then lie and declare that it was the Israeli proposal.

Indeed, a follow-up call with a senior White House official had him admit that, “it’s nearly identical to Hamas’s own proposals of only a few weeks ago” and that “what is now in front of everybody is basically the terms by which Hamas was prepared to move forward.”

Again, he repeated, “Hamas has said they’d be prepared to do deal X, and what is now on the table is basically that with some very minor adjustments.”

Biden described the Hamas proposal as the “Israeli proposal” and urged Israel to accept it. In reality, he had taken an Israeli counter-proposal, changed crucial elements so that it matched Hamas demands at a time when the Israeli government would not be able to respond and unveiled it to the world while daring Israelis to call him a liar. All to save Islamic terrorists.

Netanyahu poured cold water on the proposal, stating that, “Israel’s conditions for ending the war have not changed: The destruction of Hamas military and governing capabilities, the freeing of all hostages and ensuring that Gaza no longer poses a threat to Israel. Israel will continue to insist these conditions are met before a permanent ceasefire is put in place. The notion that Israel will agree to a permanent ceasefire before these conditions are fulfilled is a non-starter.”

Israeli Defense Minister Defense Minister Yoav Gallant stated that the country would “not accept Hamas rule” and was fighting to destroy Hamas and liberate the hostages.

Benny Gantz, the third member of the ‘war cabinet’ whom the Biden administration had been relying on to force acceptance of the deal, made no initial statement at all. An anonymous White House official expressed “disappointment” that Gantz hadn’t endorsed the proposal. When he did issue a statement, it was a confusing word salad that praised Biden but stated “the State of Israel stands united in our wish to return the hostages, it is a superior moral obligation that does not diminish our commitment to achieve the war’s objectives”. Gantz resigned over the weekend.

So much for the “Israeli proposal”.

Not a single member of the Israeli government had explicitly gotten behind Biden’s proposal to leave Hamas in power. Neither did they explicitly take on the Biden administration by disavowing it. And the Biden administration is doubling down on forcing Israelis to accept the proposal and save Hamas.

Had this really been an Israeli proposal, it would not have been announced on the Sabbath, and would have been featured at a press conference in Israel. Instead it was met with uncomfortable silence and awkward statements in Jerusalem. The pressure campaign out of D.C. on specific Israeli government officials made it all too clear whose “proposal” this really was.

This is a proposal by Hamas and its allies, Egypt and Qatar, along with Hamas allies in the Biden administration who are fighting to keep it alive, that Biden is imposing on Israel.

It’s a proposal to allow Hamas to cash out hostages and their bodies in exchange for victory.

While the Biden administration demanded that the Israeli government endorse his proposal, there were no such expectations of Hamas.

The White House on a follow-up call claimed that Hamas “just got this last night” and that he was “not going to respond to public statements made by some Hamas officials here and there. They know what’s in the deal. They know it’s nearly identical to what they put on the table.”

The White House official announced that the administration will ignore Hamas promises to go on waging terror as part of a cover-up to push the Hamas proposal to save the terror group.

He also explicitly rejected the Israeli expectation Hamas would be destroyed.

Introducing his proposal, Biden claimed that it “would bring about a better ‘day after’ in Gaza without Hamas in power” and then laid out a deal with Hamas that would keep the Islamic terror group in power. Having begun his speech with a lie, he kept on lying all through the rest of it.

But Biden assured Israelis that they don’t have to worry. “The people of Israel should know they can make this offer without any further risk to their own security because they’ve devastated Hamas forces over the past eight months. At this point, Hamas no longer is capable of carrying out another October 7th.”

Getting to that “point” took 8 months of fighting and over 600 Israeli soldiers killed in action.

How long will it take Hamas to rearm and rebuild especially once Biden’s proposed “major reconstruction plan for Gaza” moves billions of dollars into the terror zone? Months? Years?

And how many people will die in the next terror attack enabled and financed by Biden?

Biden’s assurances are just worthless.

But Biden promised Israelis that “Egypt and Qatar have assured me and they are continuing to work to ensure that Hamas doesn’t do that.” Qatar is a state sponsor of Hamas and other Islamic terrorist groups while Egypt was caught red-handed propping up Hamas at the Rafah border.

These state sponsors of terrorism will “police” the terrorists. And Biden will “police” Israel.

Biden’s deal is “nearly identical to Hamas’s own proposals”, it saves the Islamic terrorist group just as it’s on the brink of destruction, and commits America to financing its reconstruction.

It’s not a deal to end a war, but to save and finance Hamas so it can begin the next war.

Prophecy Update
Israel Prepared for Extended War

Israel & Hamas

The IDF has made its way into the heart of Rafah – the last major Hamas stronghold in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. Tragically, more bodies of Israelis who were killed on October 7 and taken to Gaza continue to be recovered in this city. Being the cowards they are, Hamas leaders are content to dwell in their tunnels presenting the façade that hostages are alive in order to leverage some sort of deal with Israel. Of course, when their strategy fails, they blame Israel for their deaths.

Like the rest of Gaza, the city of Rafah sits atop hundreds if not thousands of terror tunnels under the city, which the IDF is progressively destroying. Along with blowing up the tunnels, the military is also terminating weapon-storage facilities, rocket-production sites, and much more along the way. It’s time to put an end to Hamas!

Despite Biden’s threats and the State Department saying it would take 6 months, Israel accomplished the safe removal of civilians from the city in a matter of weeks! While the Biden Administration is screaming, “But the civilians in Rafah…!” After removing the people of Rafah, Israel found rockets and other weapons everywhere they went. It’s safe to say that the opinion of the White House is not held in high esteem in Israel these days.

As you probably know by now, the Hague condemned Israel last week for their assault in Rafah. At the end of the day, this is meaningless. Israel will do what it needs to do to survive by dismantling Hamas to prevent future terrorist attacks. However, consider the darkness of the hour in which we live, as an international court condemns Israel for protecting its people, ultimately sympathizing with Hamas and terrorism in general! And yes, Hamas praised the decision! Oh, and by the way, yes, Hamas is continuing to kill the people of Gaza. And in case you’re still on the fence concerning UNRWA, it was in the tunnels inside of buildings constructed by UNRWA that the mutilated body of the German-Israeli woman, Shani Louk, was found. The UN and UNRWA are corrupt to the core!

As of Wednesday, the IDF obtained full operational control of the Philadelphi Corridor near Rafah. This is extremely significant because Hamas is now completely cut off from all sides. There is no way of escape. There are no incoming resources. As one source put it – this is the beginning of the end of Hamas in Gaza.

In the wake of the deteriorating relations between Israel and Egypt, an unusual incident occurred between the IDF and the Egyptian army in the Rafah crossing area. Israel is conducting an investigation into the details of the incident, which may have significant political consequences.

Basically, Egyptian soldiers opened fire on IDF forces. Ultimately, one Egyptian soldier was killed. More revealing is the fact that, all along, we now find out how two-faced Egypt is being complicit in aiding Hamas in the transfer of weapons into Gaza! Reports are, Egypt has made 100’s of millions of dollars on bribes and weapons transfers from Palestinians wanting to leave Gaza and from Hamas smuggling weapons into Gaza over the last decade! It’s not just Hamas that’s a gang of thieves but also Egypt and those guilty of the money syphering scheme run all the way up to the top and point to the son of Egypt’s president Al Sisi.

Lebanon, Syria, & Hezbollah

Israel is continuing to conduct targeted attacks in Lebanon as Hezbollah’s presence thrives in the region. Northern Israel has experienced a host of air raid sirens due to more barrages of rockets being fired from Lebanon over the last week. Sadly, the terrorists successfully caused some damage to homes in the Galilee region. However, it’s almost a daily occurrence that the IDF is killing Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon.

Israel’s targeted attacks are not isolated to Lebanon, as they’re happening throughout Syria as well. Last week, Israel carried out a dramatic and remote bombing in the Alawite city of Banias on the Syrian coast (north of Tartus near the Russian base, the Khmeimim Air Base). Hezbollah trucks were bombed and there were casualties. Make no mistake, while Gaza is the largest terror base on the face of the earth, the largest war is yet to come – and it will be with Hezbollah.

Yemen & the Houthis

The Houthis continue to provoke violence in the region whenever and wherever they can. In the last week, they’ve claimed attacks on ships in various bodies of water, and they shot down another Reaper Drone belonging to the US military.

The United States and the Dock Flop!

The $320M dock in Gaza that American taxpayers provided – courtesy of the Biden Administration – was short lived, and may have met its end last week. The dock became dismantled by heavy waves and finally deteriorated and disappeared into the Mediterranean Sea. OOPS!!! The Biden dock which was a terribly bad idea turned out to be an embarrassing waste of US resources and now a metaphor for US foreign policy… a flop!

America should be far more concerned about what’s happening in our own country and our southern border than building a dock in Gaza! If what’s coming out of DC isn’t telling you everything you need to know, the terrible fruit coming from America’s college campuses ought to do the trick. If Al-Qaeda and the supreme leader of Iran are siding with what’s taking place on our college campuses, it’s a sneak preview into the decline of the American Empire.

The International Community

Last week, a handful of European countries were moving towards recognizing a Palestinian state. Sadly, what was moving last week is a reality this week, as Ireland’s & Spain’s governments chose to formally recognize a Palestinian state. I expect that others will follow suit. If that’s not enough, Spanish Deputy Prime Minister Yolanda Diaz called for a genocide of Jews in Israel saying, “We cannot stop. Palestine will be free from the River to the Sea.” Apparently, the Inquisition wasn’t enough.

Thankfully, there are countries like Denmark standing in opposition to this stupidity. Moreover, Greece has motioned to deport any foreign students who participated in anti-Israel protests.

October 7 was so barbaric that it either intimidated the free world into appeasement or inspired others to courage, such as Holland and Argentina. Regrettably, much of the West and Asia simply tried to stop Israel from defending its people from the savagery of the Islamic Jihadi’s. In doing so, they revealed their own corruption and cowardice. If only the world was united against evil, the Gaza war would be over by now.

Israel and the Middle East

Israel and the Middle East

Israel and the Middle East

5/27/24 By Tim Buck

Since the onset of Israel’s operations in Rafah, the IDF has uncovered more than 700 terror tunnel shafts belonging to Hamas – and over 50 tunnels that funnel into Egypt to the south. As you’re likely aware of by now, Israel’s decision to enter Rafah in a move to end Hamas and free the remaining hostages was not met with approval by a host of the international community. In fact, the IDF only made the decision to reveal its findings regarding the tunnels in Rafah for the benefit of the discussion in the Hague and the international justification for the action in Rafah.

Sadly, the bodies of more Israeli hostages were uncovered by the IDF in Rafah. The three bodies belonged to Yitzhak Gelernter, Amit Buskila, and Shani Louk. They expect more to be found. It’s worth noting that the Rafah situation could and likely will have negative ramifications regarding the relationship between Israel and Egypt.

Tragically, the Hague is maintaining its hypocrisy and ignorance when it comes to the survival of the Jewish state as it sympathizes with terrorists in Gaza. Apparently, the burning, raping, kidnapping, and slaughtering of over 1,200 Jews isn’t enough justification for what Israel is doing in Rafah, not to mention the fact that overwhelming evidence shows that Hamas oppresses its own people.

At this stage, over 800,000 Gazans have been evacuated from Rafah. 277 IDF soldiers have died since the ground operation in Gaza began.

Operations are continuing to take place in other locations throughout the Gaza Strip as well. A lot of military operations are becoming the norm in the area of Jabalia where the IDF has eliminated well over 200 terrorists so far. Dozens of others have been arrested for interrogation. The IDF claims this has been one of the most violent wartime locations so far. Not only are they operating in Gaza – they’re pursuing Hamas terrorists everywhere. Last week, the IDF also killed a senior member of Hamas near the Lebanon-Syria border and they’re also continuously active in Judea & Samaria (the West Bank).

Not only did Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi die in a helicopter crash this last weekend, but a number of other high-ranking Iranian officials were killed as well. From the perspective of the naive international community, Iran just suffered a massive blow. However, ask the common Iranian citizen, and you’ll experience a different story.

Raisi and others like him were and are passionate about terror, death, and oppression. This is why numerous Iranian citizens could be seen celebrating his death across social media following the crash. Don’t let the corrupt leadership and radical ayatollahs confuse you. They don’t represent the worldview and mindset of the vast majority of Iranians. To make matters worse, the US offered its condolences to Iran, accompanying several other countries.

Since the death of Raisi, Vice President Muhammad Mokhber has become the president of Iran until the next election cycle.

On another note, following Iran’s massive missile attack on Israel several weeks ago, the Islamic Republic has now vowed to join any future war that takes place between Israel and Hezbollah. We sure do live in prophetic times.

Hezbollah, Lebanon, and Syria

The Israeli Air Force (IAF) continues to carry out strikes in various places in both Lebanon and Syria as tension with Hezbollah increases in the region. While the tension in this region has been ever-present for quite some time, the consistency of military confrontations is increasing. Moreover, targeted attacks are becoming all the more prominent, which was seen as recent as last Friday when a senior Hezbollah commander was killed in a vehicle attack about 40km from the border with Israel. However, the rockets keep coming from the north, as Israel – in a single strike from Hezbollah – had approximately 75 rockets fired into the region of the Golan and Galilee, most of which were intercepted.

Another key target that was eliminated by the IAF was the commander of the rocket unit of Hezbollah. This took place in the coastal sector in Lebanon. His name was Qasem Skalawi. In addition to conducting multiple strikes in Southern Lebanon & Syria, the IAF has also remained busy intercepting a host of rockets, drones, and other aerial threats coming from their enemies to the north.

The Houthis & Yemen

It’s business as usual for the Houthis, as the Iranian-funded terror proxy in the Arabian Gulf continues to muster up chaos in the region. Most recently – aside from its periodic projectile launches towards Israel – the terror group hit an oil tanker in the Red Sea that was moving oil from Russia to China.

The International Community

Slovenia and other European countries – namely, Ireland, Norway, and Spain – have vowed to formally recognize a Palestinian state in the weeks ahead and they’re encouraging other countries to do the same. Now do you understand the spiritual blindness of the days in which we’re living? Over 1,200 innocent Israelis are murdered in cold blood and Europe believes if you butcher the Jews, you deserve to get a state!

United States

Unfortunately, like a reckless wave, the US administration has been all over the place regarding its position on the Israel-Hamas War. In public, team Biden voices support for Israel but behind the scenes the administration is anti-Semitic and possessing a deep dislike for Netanyahu and most often stands in the way of what Israel needs to do. Furthermore, it has become common for the Biden Administration to criticize Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in his every move to eliminate Hamas. And when there’s an opportunity for the US to side with Israel, there are always strings attached.

Such is the case with the ongoing situation between Israel and the ICC. From various sources, Israel has information confirming that the US administration gave a green light to the ICC to move forward with asking for an arrest warrant against Hamas and Israeli leaders as if they are equal. If that’s not enough, the US administration is conducting talks with Iran in Oman where both sides agree that Netanyahu must be removed. The Biden administration is causing internal chaos and outside attacks on its best ally in the Middle East. Insane!

Wait on the Lord

Patience, endurance, and perseverance are virtues believers must have in this ever-changing and morally self-destructive world.

Isaiah 40:31 – “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

On the confirmation of the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in Sunday’s helicopter crash, several rabbis in Israel declared that the death of the enemy of Israel was an act of divine retribution.

Rabbi Meir Abutbul took to Facebook to condemn “the hangman of Tehran.”

Rabbi Abtbul wrote, “This dog wanted to hang Jews, so God scattered him to the winds in a helicopter crash, him and his entire Israel-hating crew.”

Kabbalist Rabbi Nir Ben Artzi warned Iran to “Have mercy on yourselves, God said enough is enough, You have angered Him.”

Rabbi Yitzchak Batzri likened Raisi to the Persian villain Haman who, in the Biblical Book of Esther, attempted to have all of the Jews in the kingdom killed but ended up being hanged on his own gallows.

Rabbi Batzri announced on Facebook, “Haman the wicked was hurt in a helicopter accident.”

He then rejoiced over the incident and quoted the verse, “Give thanks to the Lord for He is good, for His mercy endures forever.”

Rabbi David Chai Hacohen, dean of the Netivot Hatora yeshiva in Bat Yam, took the analogy to Haman further and said that, just on holidays and days of Thanksgiving, the “Tachnun” or confessional prayer should be omitted from services to praise God for the demise of a “special hater of Israel.”

Rabbi HaCohen said, “The President was a very ‘special’ hater of Israel, and he was the greatest of all the Iranians.”

He added, “May it be God’s will that the wolves in the forest where he fell will eat him.”

Comparing Raisi to Haman, Rabbi HaCohen said, “This is good news for the Jewish people. Even more than Haman – if we make a festive meal on the day he was killed – then even more so, we should not say Tachanun.”

He explained, “It is mentioned in the Mishna Berura that on the first day of the intermediate days of Passover he (Haman) was hanged, and therefore we should now add a special dish.”

It makes you wonder if Raisi didn’t bring on his own death sentence when you look back at his curse against Israel April 23rd, less than a month ago, when he threatened Israel with annihilation. It was during a visit to Pakistan that Raisi referred to Israel as the “Zionist regime,” whose destruction he promised if they would dare to attack Iran. In the Abrahamic Covenant God promised in Genesis 12:1-3 that “those who curse Israel will be cursed!”

In the meantime, the UN Security Counsel got all teary eyed and religious as they celebrated the notorious Jew killer’s life with a moment of silence yesterday! UH!

How will Raisi’s Death Impact Israel and the Middle East?

Raisi was seen as probable successor to Supreme Leader Khamenei

On Monday morning, the Iranian regime confirmed that its President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian had died in a helicopter crash, on their way back from a visit in the neighboring country of Azerbaijan.

While Israel has denied its involvement in the crash that took place amid bad weather in a mountainous region, the death of two senior Iranian officials less than two months after Iran’s large-scale assault against Israel poses serious questions regarding the possible fallout for the Jewish state.

Raisi became president of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2021, in elections widely seen as rigged, after a long and violent career in the regime’s judicial branch.

He was well-known as a hardliner and enthusiastic supporter of crackdowns against regime critics, earning the moniker “butcher/executioner of Tehran” for his involvement in the torture and murder of at least 1,500 – and possibly as many as 30,000 – regime opponents following the Iran-Iraq War in 1988.

Raisi never regretted his part in the massacre, calling it “divine punishment” and a “proud achievement” for the revolutionary regime. When he became Iran’s attorney general (2014-2016), executions jumped compared to previous years, and during his time as judiciary chief (2019-2021), at least 1,500 peaceful protestors across 200 Iranian cities were imprisoned, tortured, and executed.

He was seen as a close confidant of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and supported his aggressive stance toward Israel, the United States, and the West in general.

Regarding his position toward Israel, former IDF Intelligence Chief Maj.-Gen. (res.) Tamir Hayman told The Jerusalem Post: “It would be hard to find someone worse.”

Nevertheless, it is important to note that the role of the president is only the second most important position in the regime’s hierarchy after the Supreme Leader, who controls all aspects of policy, especially the overall strategy of foreign and military affairs.

“The president of the Islamic Republic is an implementer, not a decision-maker,” Jason Brodsky, policy director at United Against Nuclear Iran, told The Times of Israel.

“So the policies of the Islamic Republic, the fundamentals of those policies, will remain the same.”

The president is usually more directly involved in interior and financial policy. It is in the internal arena that the deaths of Raisi and Amir-Abdollahian will weigh the heaviest.

The regime is already in an acute crisis of legitimacy, Raz Zimmt, a senior researcher at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), wrote on Ynet News.

Brutal crackdowns against dissenters, worsening economic conditions, and embarrassingly low voter turnout in recent parliamentary elections showed the “ongoing erosion of public trust … and the intensity of desperation evident among large sections,” wrote Zimmt.

The deaths of two senior officials in an accident also make the regime look frail after already being humiliated by several security incidents in recent months.

In December, Pakistan struck targets in Iran with missiles and fighter jets, after Iran shot missiles at targets it said belonged to a Sunni terror group that had killed 11 Iranian policemen. The next month, some 84 people were killed in a terror attack by ISIS at a memorial for Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani.

The most important consequence of Raisi’s death could be the impact on the election of the next Supreme Leader. Raisi was widely seen as a leading candidate to replace the 85-year-old Ali Khamenei and his death will now launch an internal power struggle.

“To have him off the field or incapacitated, dead, what have you, is a real shock for the politics of the system,” said Brodsky. It could “scramble the politics of succession,” he wrote on .

The death of Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian is also expected to have a significant impact, as he was deeply involved in Iran’s recent strategic moves in the Middle East.

He led the successful reconciliation with Saudi Arabia and was seen as close to the IRGC’s Quds Force, meeting the leaders of Iran’s proxies several times since the outbreak of the war in Gaza.

Raisi also had deep connections to Iran’s armed proxies, especially Hezbollah, which publicly celebrated his victory in 2021. On the occasion, Hezbollah leader, Hassan Nasrallah, even called him “the hope of the Iranian people, the oppressed, and the resistance fighters.”

A few years earlier, Raisi toured southern Lebanon and the Israeli border, meeting Hezbollah leaders and visiting the family homes of popular terrorists Imad Mughniyeh and Mustafa Badr al-Din, both allegedly eliminated by Israel.

In conclusion, Raisi’s death will not bring about a sudden change in policy toward Israel, despite his being a sworn enemy of the Jewish state.

Instead, his death will likely further weaken the regime internally, and take up much of its attention in power struggles, ultimately profiting Israel.

The long-term implications, however, are harder to predict, as the impact of Raisi’s demise on Supreme Leader Khamenei’s succession will remain unclear for the moment.
