7,700 Earthquakes Have Shaken the Middle East Since February 7

Turkey and northern Syria continue to be ground zero for ground-shaking. Since the first two major quakes occurred on February 7, there have been more than 7,700 aftershocks. The largest, measuring 6.4, struck near the Turkish city of Antakya on Monday, killing six people. It took down dozens more buildings, many in Hatay province near the Syrian border, and was felt in Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, and Egypt. The death toll of the original quake has climbed to more than 45,000 people, with 122,000 more injured.

Israel Targets Iranian Drone Experts in Syria

Israeli fighter jets killed at least 5 and wounded 15 more in a strike on the Kafar Sousah neighborhood of Damascus. Targeted was a meeting of Iranian experts on the development of drones. Some reports indicate that it was actually eight high ranking officials of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) who were killed, while others say that a Syrian engineer and an Iranian official were among the dead. The area hit serves as a security zone housing offices and branches of the IRGC’s Quds Force. Per policy, Israel declined to admit its role in the attack. Russia later condemned Israel’s actions, calling it a “flagrant violation” of international law.

Netanyahu’s Justice Reform Bill Clears First Hurdle

Early Tuesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s judicial reform bill passed in its first reading. Heavily attacked by the Left, this bill will limit the expanding power of Israel’s judiciary by reducing the types of laws the High Court can review and taking the power to appoint judges away from other judges and putting it in the hands of the legislature. There are still a second and a third reading of the bill which must pass for the reform to go into effect.

UN Security Council Issues Statement Denying Jewish Right to Live in Historic Homeland

The United States joined other member nations of the UN Security Council in denouncing Israeli settlements in their historic homeland. The statement expressed “deep concern and dismay” over Israel’s decision to expand settlements, while ignoring the recent terrorist attacks against Israel by Palestinian groups and the fact that the Palestinian Authority subsidizes terrorism and pays the families of terrorists. Prime Minister Netanyahu criticized the denouncement, saying, “The statement should not have been made and the United States should not have joined it.”

IRGC Attacks Israeli-Owned Tanker Using Kamikaze Drones

The Campo Square, a Liberian-flagged oil tanker owned by an Israeli, was the victim of an attack by Shahed-136 suicide drones operated by the Iranian IRGC. These are the same drones being shipped by Iran to Russia for use in the conflict with Ukraine. There were no casualties or damages reported.

Sanction Battle Between the EU and Iran

The European Union on Monday expanded their sanctions related to Iran’s violent suppression of those protesting the September 2022 death of Mahsa Amini. Asset freezes and visa bans were imposed on 32 more Iranian officials, bringing the total sanctioned to 196 individuals and 33 entities. In response the next day, Iran issued retaliatory sanctions against 23 people and 13 industries from the EU and the UK. Regarding the protests, after a temporary lull they have once again fired up in earnest.

IAEA Admits 84% Uranium Enrichment by Iran

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) admitted to detecting uranium enriched to 84% at an Iranian nuclear facility. This means that this atomic watchdog agency is one of the few organizations that hasn’t quite realized that Iran has had weapons-grade 90% enriched uranium for a while now.

Iran’s Assassination Plot Against Diaspora Jews

A plot which involved Iran mapping the location of high-target diaspora Jews for assassination has been uncovered. The plan, revealed at a high-level meeting in Tehran, was intended to be implemented should Israel attack Iran’s nuclear facilities. Meanwhile, the Biden administration is pressuring the UK to refrain from designating this same IRGC as a terrorist group, this despite the fact that the European Parliament has recently made that designation as did the US under the previous administration. Washington is choosing to ignore Tehran’s assassination plots against innocent civilians in the hopes that somehow they can resurrect a failed nuclear deal with Iran.

High-Ranking Israeli Politicians Recommend Military Aid to Ukraine Following Visit

Yuli Edelstein and Ze’ev Elkin, two high level Israeli lawmakers, met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv on Monday. Both men are originally from Ukraine and lead the Ukrainian parliamentary friendship group in the Knesset. Following the meeting, they issued a joint statement which read, in part, “Israel has provided and will continue to provide extensive humanitarian aid to Ukraine, but, in our opinion, it is not enough.” The statement went on to encourage the Israeli government to provide military technologies to Ukraine to help in the war effort, a sentiment that is sure to get Israel into even deeper water with Russia.

US President Joe Biden Makes Surprise Visit to Ukraine

The day before the one year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, President Joe Biden made a surprise visit to Kyiv. In a meeting with Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy, Biden reaffirmed America’s support for the nation and pledged another half-billion dollars in military assistance. Moscow was informed of the visit ahead of time and they extended the courtesy of taking a brief break from their recent favorite pastime of raining down cruise missiles on the capital city.

US Warns China Against Supplying Arms to Russia

After US intelligence indicated that China is considering aiding Russia militarily in their effort against Ukraine, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken made a statement Sunday saying that such an action would not be good. Blinken said, “It was very important for me to share very clearly with [senior Chinese foreign policy official] Wang Yi that this would be a serious problem.” Not surprisingly, Wang Yi didn’t take kindly to Blinken’s statement, responding the next day, “We will not accept American finger-pushing in China-Russian relations.”

Vladimir Putin’s Moralistic Speech Marks Anniversary of Military Operation

Tuesday saw arch-villain Vladimir Putin making a speech to the federal assembly marking the one year anniversary of his “military operation” against Ukraine. In it, he emphasized the military power of Russia, saying that, since they cannot be defeated on the battlefield, the enemy is fighting a war of information. He then defended not only the righteousness of his actions, but the righteousness of the Russian nation.

Taking the moral high ground, he spoke of the decadence of the West, saying, “It is all about the destruction of the family, of cultural and national identity, perversion and abuse of children, including pedophilia, all of which are declared normal in their life. They are forcing the priests to bless same-sex marriages…. But here is what I would like to tell them: look at the holy scripture and the main books of other world religions. They say it all, including that family is the union of a man and a woman, but these sacred texts are now being questioned. Reportedly, the Anglican Church is planning, just planning, to explore the idea of a gender-neutral god. What is there to say? Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”

What we see in his words is an attempt to create common ground with Christians, Jews, and Muslims in order to garner their support. But we must not be fooled by holy-sounding rhetoric. Putin is a man who truly believes in his own righteousness. However, it is through his bloody actions that we see him for who he truly is.

The Great Earthquake of 2023 and the Sudden Surge of Prophetic Signs

Watching the aftermathof the major earthquake in Turkey and Syria and their many aftershocks has been gut-wrenching. This massive natural disaster has been eye-opening for the church in terms of where we now stand in the last days.

As most are now well aware, a devastating 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck south-central Turkey near the border with Syria on Sunday, February 5th. It was the single most powerful quake in the Middle East since 1939.

At a little past 1:00 AM on Monday morning, the ground began shaking in southern and central Turkey and western Syria. Because of its shallowness, the 7.8 quake devastated the region. Nine hours later, a second quake struck, this one 7.6, with an epicenter less than 100 miles away from the first. The damage has been catastrophic.

More than 35,000 are confirmed dead with another 45,000 missing. Many of these are buried in the rubble of 8500 collapsed buildings, which will undoubtedly double and possibly triple the current death toll. Those without a roof over their heads number greater than 400,000, a number which is even more tragic considering the snow and below freezing temperatures in much of the affected area.

The earthquake has reminded the church that we are squarely in the “birth pangs” that Jesus spoke of to His disciples in Matthew 24. In the last three years, we have had a global pandemic that has killed nearly seven million people, a world war that has killed 100’s of thousands and now a massive earthquake that has killed over 35,000. What is coming next?

The earthquake shook all of Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, and Cyprus, most of Israel and Jordan, and parts of Armenia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Most of the regions mentioned in the Bible were shaken. The earthquake was so massive that a large portion of Turkey moved as much as 10 feet westward (source), and the result is that the entire region has been swarmed with aftershocks—nearly 3,000.

When earthquakes of this magnitude strike, typically hundreds or thousands of aftershocks will follow for an extended period of time—weeks, months, even years. Jesus’ words in the Olivet Discourse of Matthew 24 about the “birth pangs” have now taken on sudden urgency and relevance like never before. The Church should be fervently praying.

Remember, Jesus spoke to his Jewish brethren about life in Israel leading up to his return. While earthquakes in distant places like New Zealand or Chile get our attention, nothing is quite as relevant as when the big one hits smack dab in the heart of prophetic ground zero. And now there has actually been a trigger for ongoing earthquakes across the Middle East for the foreseeable future.

Moreover, this quake may have put into motion tectonic activity leading up to bigger ones to come. Dr. Ata Richard Elias from the Lebanese University in Beirut has said that one more shift of the Arab plate would erase Lebanon off the face of the map.

Again, consider Jesus’ words:

Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.

Looking at the search criteria HERE, you can confirm that this mega-quake was the largest to strike not only the Middle East, but large swathes of Europe, Africa, and Asia beyond the Middle East, since 1939. You can see the search region below:

 

 

 

 

 

At the moment it’s looking like 2023 is when prophetic signs are finally starting to boil over.

Until we’re gone, the Restrainer will restrain, but His restraining hand appears to be lifting this year.

Putting this in perspective:

  • Something of international concern happened the day right before this earthquake: the U.S. shot down the 200-foot-wide Chinese reconnaissance/EMP test balloon near Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
  • The largest Middle East earthquake in 83 years shakes the whole Middle East and thousands of aftershocks are continuing across the region, and they will continue for the foreseeable future. Jesus’ prediction in Matthew 24:7 has never been more applicable than right now.
  • Putin is about to re-invade Ukraine with a massive 500,000-man army, and if NATO responds, there’s nothing left but World War III.
  • The Iran-Israel standoff is finally boiling over this year. Israel recently struck several facilities deep inside Iran in the city of Isfahan because Iran now has the materials to build somewhere between four and six bombs. Time has run out.
  • Next month will witness a sort of Babel 2.0 moment: the first orbital flight of the SpaceX Starship. It’s the first spacecraft capable of sending colonists to the moon or Mars. It’s my opinion that, just like the ancient tower of Babel, where the world tried to “reach up to heaven,” today’s world is crossing the line here and God will not allow this in mankind’s current fallen state.
  • The five red heifers are apparently still kosher and will be ready for slaughter this year. This would fulfill one of the final missing criteria for the rebuilding of Israel’s Temple. The heifers are necessary for cleansing the temple and making it ready for sacrifices.
  • The U.S. and Canadian governments are now claiming three “unidentified objects” were shot down over the U.S. and Canada and the wreckage is being retrieved. While these may end up being claimed to be advanced craft from Russia or China, this could also end up being a final unveiling of the Satanic deception of an alien invasion that could help the enemy to explain away the removal of the Church from the earth (2 Thess. 2:9-11). This story is now at the top of most national news sites (see here, here, and here).
  • Finally, the new Israeli government is the first religious government in the history of the modern state of Israel. We’ve waited 75 years for this alignment. This is a crucial end-time development in Israel’s Knesset and something very important I’ve tried to point out for years. Previous conservative coalitions were reliant on secular nationalists. Bibi’s coalition is reliant on the religious right. The significance is that this is the exact coalition you would expect to be in place for demanding Israel’s right to build the Temple and for stewarding the religious revival of the nation as it enters the Tribulation.

Several years ago I spoke that if God was to reject Donald Trump for a second term in office and instead, install Joe Biden, we could very well be entering the last four years of the Church Age. Indeed, I still stand by that possibility. Perhaps, though, it’s really the final ONE.

So if you would prefer not to experience the worst seven years in human history, it is my fervent plea that you instead believe the good news about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and call upon the name of the Lord to be saved today.

In my recent article (1/17/23) titled, “How Israel’s Gas & Oil Windfall Could Trigger Daniel’s End Times Invasion,” I discussed the Middle East energy crises and interplay with Europe and a possible outcome among the major players of Israel, Russia, Turkey and Egypt.

This article is an update on who is behind the strategic sabotage of the underwater Nord Stream pipeline.

Joe Biden repeatedly has denied the U.S. had anything to do with the recent bombings of Russia’s Nord Stream pipelines, but a startling new report is revealing that may not have been the truth.

Pulitzer-winner reporter Seymour Hersh as written at his Substack page that U.S. Navy divers, last June while operating under the cover of a “widely publicized” NATO exercise called BALTOPS22, “planted the remotely triggered explosives that, three months later, destroyed three of the four Nord Stream pipes.”

The report explains the confirmation comes from “a source with direct knowledge of the operational planning.”

Two of the pipelines, known as Nord Stream 1, were supplying Germany and other points in Western Europe with “cheap Russian natural gas,” the report said.

A second pair, Nord Stream 2, were not operating yet.

At that point, with “Russian troops massing on the Ukrainian border and the bloodiest war in Europe since 1945 looming, President Joseph Biden saw the pipelines as a vehicle for Vladimir Putin to weaponize natural gas for his political and territorial ambitions,” Hersh reported.

White House spokeswoman Adrienne Watson claimed, in an email, “This is false and complete fiction,” an opinion joined by Tammy Thorp of the Central Intelligence Agency.

But, Hersh reported, “Biden’s decision to sabotage the pipelines came after more than nine months of highly secret back and forth debate inside Washington’s national security community about how to best achieve that goal. For much of that time, the issue was not whether to do the mission, but how to get it done with no overt clue as to who was responsible.”

The report said it was a team from the U.S. Navy’s Diving and Salvage Center in Panama City, Florida, that accomplished the work.

 

 

 

 

 

U.S. Navy divers assigned to Mobile Diving Salvage Unit (MDSU) 1 and a Mexican navy diver conduct hot tap training during Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2022 at Pearl Harbor.

“The center has been training highly skilled deep-water divers for decades who, once assigned to American military units worldwide, are capable of technical diving to do the good – using C4 explosives to clear harbors and beaches of debris and unexploded ordinance – as well as the bad, like blowing up foreign oil rigs.”The report said they were chosen because they were Navy only, not “members of America’s Special Operations Command, whose covert operations must be reported to Congress and briefed in advance to the Senate and House leadership.”Hersh reported, “The Biden administration was doing everything possible to avoid leaks as the planning took place late in 2021 and into the first months of 2022.”

Hersh reported Biden and his foreign policy team had been “hostile” to the pipelines for a long time. But he explained, “Action that could be traced to the administration would violate U.S. promises to minimize direct conflict with Russia.”

He explained Washington viewed the gas supply route to be a way of providing huge profits to Russia – and Putin’s agenda.

He said, “Nord Stream 1 was dangerous enough, in the view of NATO and Washington, but Nord Stream 2, whose construction was completed in September of 2021, would, if approved by German regulators, double the amount of cheap gas that would be available to Germany and Western Europe.

The second pipeline also would provide enough gas for more than 50 percent of German’s annual consumption. Tensions were constantly escalating between Russia and NATO, backed by the aggressive foreign policy of the Biden administration.”

Biden, just as the second pipeline was nearly finished, “blinked,” Hersh reported.

He dropped plans for sanctions in opposition.

 

 

 

 

“The administration was floundering, despite getting a reprieve on the crisis in mid-November, when Germany’s energy regulators suspended approval of the second Nord Stream pipeline.

Natural gas prices surged 8% within days, amid growing fears in Germany and Europe that the pipeline suspension and the growing possibility of a war between Russia and Ukraine would lead to a very much unwanted cold winter.

It was not clear to Washington just where Olaf Scholz, Germany’s newly appointed chancellor, stood. Months earlier, after the fall of Afghanistan, Scholtz had publicly endorsed French President Emmanuel Macron’s call for a more autonomous European foreign policy in a speech in Prague—clearly suggesting less reliance on Washington and its mercurial actions,” Hersh wrote.

Then Russian forces built up along the Ukraine border and Biden “was afraid that countries like Germany would be reluctant to supply Ukraine with the money and weapons it needed to defeat Russia.”

What resulted were meetings where it became apparent Biden adviser Jake Sullivan “intended for the group to come up with a plan for the destruction of the two Nord Stream pipelines—and that he was delivering on the desires of the president.”

Eventually, the report explains, a plan emerged for divers to install explosives, which could then be detonated.
“What came next was stunning. On February 7, less than three weeks before the seemingly inevitable Russian invasion of Ukraine, Biden met in his White House office with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who, after some wobbling, was now firmly on the American team.

At the press briefing that followed, Biden defiantly said,
‘If Russia invades … there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2. We will bring an end to it.'” Hersh wrote.

The report said divers then attached C4 to the pipelines to be triggered by a sonar buoy dropped by a plane on short notice.

“On September 26, 2022, a Norwegian Navy P8 surveillance plane made a seemingly routine flight and dropped a sonar buoy. The signal spread underwater, initially to Nord Stream 2 and then on to Nord Stream 1.

A few hours later, the high-powered C4 explosives were triggered and three of the four pipelines were put out of commission.

Within a few minutes, pools of methane gas that remained in the shuttered pipelines could be seen spreading on the water’s surface and the world learned that something irreversible had taken place,” he reported.

Two times in the book of Daniel, God told the prophet to close up his prophesies because they wouldn’t be able to be understood until the time of the end.
Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Go your way, for these words will be kept secret and sealed up until the end time.

 Daniel 12:4, 9

For 2500 years, Daniel’s prophesies have therefore been like a treasure locked up in a safe.

But God promised He would open the eyes of the final generation, our generation, to know their true meaning.

A few questions come to mind about this which are, what exactly does this mean, when did the “time of the end” begin and what will God use to open our eyes?

Must prophecy teachers, including myself believe that the “time of the end” began with the birth of Israel 75 years ago on May 14th, 1948. The miraculous birth of Israel caused many other prophesies to spring forth and be fulfilled.

So what is it that God will use to open our eyes in order to gain the fuller understanding He promised for Daniel’s prophesies?

Since 1948, God has been sovereignly orchestrating a series of events having the effect of breaking Daniel’s code and pouring out it’s contents for all to see. And the Lord is releasing understanding just as He promised.

But, insight is not automatic, and discernment eludes those whose hearts are not enlightened by the Holy Spirit. Jesus often taught through parables which allowed Him to speak to His sheep while those outside His flock remained oblivious (Matthew 13:13).

God’s prophetic Word works like that. Many grope in the darkness because they reject the light, but we who are in Christ “are not of night or of darkness” (1 Thessalonians 5:5). Jesus expects us to recognize the signs of the times (Matthew 16:2-3) and He has chosen to give us harbingers to offer insight — if we have eyes to see.

Can you think of any global events God has used in your life to open your spiritual eyes?

In the last two decades alone we’ve witnessed an explosion of signs and a global acceleration of divine revelation.

In the process, a rich new understanding of Daniel’s prophesies has begun to flow to the Church, and an additional understanding is meant for Israel to better face the dangers in the Tribulation.

  “Now in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadnezzar had dreams; and his spirit was troubled and his sleep left him. Then the king gave orders to call in the soothsayer priests, the conjurers, the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, to tell the king his dreams.”

Daniel 2:1-2

God is not pleased with the occult or paranormal, although it is soaring today!

And we learn that it’s been soaring since the time of Daniel the prophet where we see an entire division in the Babylonian government dedicated to practicing the occult. They were the “wise-men” whom Nebuchadnezzar turned to for help with interpreting his dream.

The king’s dream woke him up in the middle of the night and he couldn’t go back to sleep. So he called for his astrologers, sorcerers, magicians and enchanters to help interpret his troubling dream.

These men served the king as his advisors and counselors who relied on the occult and were trained to tap into the demonic. They used incantations to try to intercept messages and decipher things from the demonic realm. All of which are forbidden practices of God’s people (Duet. 8:10-12).

But the wise men ended up being of no value to the king. However, the prophet Daniel rejected the path of the occult and turned to prayer instead. In the midst of a major crises, Daniel and his three friends poured their hearts out to the Lord who answered them and God  intervened by revealing the king’s dream to Daniel.

Witchcraft is disturbingly popular today but prayer takes us into the Throne Room of God.

Social media is now a hotbed of supernaturalism and New Age practices. Promoters attract millions of followers. The Bible suggests such practices will increase in the last days, but for believers, it’s the practice of prayer that should increase in the last days.

Why are Christians being oppressed to the point they cry, “deliver us from evil”? Dark forces are clearly stepping up their game here in the last days, and the target seems to be Christians, especially those who are living for the Lord and telling the truth about God’s plan for the end of the Church Age.

Be assured that the Name of Jesus Christ drives away the demonic. We don’t have to fear!
 But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.

The wise-men were of no value to the king, but God revealed the king’s dream to Daniel through prayer, in order for us to know about the things to come.
There is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will take place in the latter days.

Israeli Airstrike on Damascus

When I (Amir Tsarfati) was awakened at 1:30 AM on Monday morning to the sound of five F-16s taking off from nearby Ramat David Airbase, I was pretty sure I knew where they were going. Sure enough, I later saw that the Israeli Air Force (IAF) had struck the Damascus International Airport where they put two runways temporarily out of commission and hit a weapons cache that had arrived from Iran. The attack also hit a holy site in the suburbs of the capital city where more weapons were being stored. Two Syrian soldiers were killed and two more were wounded.

UN General Assembly Passes Another Resolution Against Israel

The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) passed another of its meaningless resolutions requesting the International Court of Justice to weigh in on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Israeli “annexation”, and the “legal status of the occupation.” Promoted by the Palestinians, this is the 141st resolution against Israel that has come out of the UNGA just since 2015. Sadly for the rest of the globe, they have fallen way behind when it comes to UNGA condemnation, only managing to muster 68 negative resolutions worldwide in the same timespan. The nation of Israel promised to give the resolution the attention that it deserves, then everyone went out for falafel.

Exiled Chief Rabbi of Moscow, Pinchas Goldschmidt, is encouraging Russia’s 165,000 Jews to flee the country while they still can. Russian Jews in the Tsarist and Stalinist eras were often made the scapegoats during difficult times, and the rabbi sees the real potential of this happening again. “We’re seeing rising antisemitism while Russia is going back to a new kind of Soviet Union, and step by step the iron curtain is coming down again,” Goldschmidt said. “This is why I believe the best option for Russian Jews is to leave.”

Deadly Ukrainian Strike on Russian Troops Blamed on Cell Phone Usage

A vocational college building that had been converted to a temporary barracks for Russian soldiers in Makiivka in the Donetsk region was hit by four rockets on New Years Day. The resulting detonation of the ammunition stored in the basement caused the building to be demolished. Russia puts their death toll at 89, while Ukraine says it is closer to 600. The truth is likely somewhere in the middle. Russian officials blamed the unauthorized usage of cell phones by its troops which allowed the Ukrainian military to target the building.

Ukrainian officials report that Russia launched a cruise missile attack on civilian areas of Kyiv on New Year’s Eve. At least one person was killed in the barrage. Earlier that same day, Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the Order of St. George medal to General Sergei Surovikin, which is the nation’s highest purely military decoration. Obviously, Putin is happy with the general’s civilian-oriented tactics aimed at destroying Ukraine’s infrastructure, especially its electrical grid.

UK to put IRGC on Terrorist List

The United Kingdom is poised to place Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on its list of terrorist organizations within weeks. The move comes as the result of credible evidence that the IRGC intended to kidnap or assassinate British citizens or UK-based civilians who they claim were stirring up the protests in Iran. “We have seen at least 10 such potential threats since January [2022] alone,” said MI5 Director Ken McCallum.

Iran Condemns Another Protestor

Mehdi Bahman, a well-known author and illustrator, was sentenced to death by the Iranian regime on Monday. He was arrested in October, after the Iranian protests had begun, ostensibly for espionage after he gave an interview critical of the government to an Israeli news station back in April. He is reportedly being taken to Tehran’s notoriously violent Evin Prison to await his execution.

In an internal party battle, there are 12 Republican congressmen refusing to cast their votes for the mainstream GOP candidate House Republican Conference leader Kevin McCarthy. Tempers are flaring and words are flying. Nebraska GOP congressman Don Bacon dubbed the holdouts the “Taliban 20”, while Republican congressman from Arizona, Andy Biggs, responded in a tweet his desire to “break up the DC cartel.” Meanwhile, Democrats in the House chamber cheered and chanted with every failed vote. The dividing of America seems to be the enemy’s #1 priority.

COVID Testing Requirements Expand for Travelers from China

As the number of COVID cases in China continues to grow exponentially, more countries are imposing testing and restrictions upon travelers from the country. The nations that now have some sort of requirement for travel from China include Italy, US, UK, France, Spain, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, India, Malaysia, Israel, Qatar, and Morocco. The final country on the list, Morocco, is the first to take the extreme step of banning all travelers originating in China from entering its borders.
